The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

The Good:
I realized this morning, that after five years of marriage and two babies later, I only way 3 more pounds than I did when I got married. The way I am about food, I could easily be 500 pounds by now!

The Bad:
After five years, I haven't managed to lose any weight!

The Ugly:
How I am feeling lately as I am ingesting all sorts of disgusting grossness. I am not in a good place right now with my eating disorder. There is quite a lot going on in my personal life right now, so I am hoping that once things slow down a bit, I can start to take better care of myself.

I hope you are all doing well. Please forgive me for being absent lately. I really, Really, REALLY need to hold myself accountable to all of you and blog on a regular basis. There just hasn't been much to say lately. No typing, just eating.

I certainly understand. I love to eat. Think about food every second or every day. Posting on my blog helps me... most people (read: thin people) don't understand.

You do have the positives. You're a good person! Lots to feel good about. Vee at www.veegettinghealthy.blogspot.com

Glad to see your post this morning. I certainly understand how a busy life leads us to making bad choices. You need to try to take care of yourself when life gets busy though...I certainly understand not having time to blog...but do try to find time to take care of YOU!

Maintaining your weight is so much better than gaining. I have even heard doctors go so far to say it's better to stay heavy and maintain, then to yo-yo back and forth.

Glad you checked in! We miss you!

Say anything.........just check in more often ;)........it doesn't have to be health or weight loss related.

Glad to see a post! welcome back.

You can't wait until things slow down to take better care of yourself, because they might not slow down. Make doing something for yourself, even just a super small thing a priority.

Hey, girl! I'm so happy to see you back on here! I'm sorry things are not going so well for you right now. *Hugs* I'm not doing so hot right at the moment, so you aren't alone...Hang in there, though. This too shall pass.

Glad to see you here again. The struggle with disordered eating is difficult. I understand.

I just wanted to send you a cyber hug:-) I agree that you need to try and prioritize something for yourself, no matter how small it may seem.
