The Truth About Poop

The truth about poop you ask?
The truth is that sometimes you find yourself thinking
about poop much more than you ever have before. Especially
when it's been eleven days since you were forced to think about it.
LORD help me.

ELEVEN days? That's a lotta days. Miralax? Take it twice a day till you see some movement. No taste at all. My doc said it's fine but I guess check with yours first. It really does work. Good luck, and feel better. On the upside, think how much weight you'll lose once things get moving...

11 days?! I haven't gone w/o that long! Geez every 2-3 days seems bad enough in my poop book so I can NOT imagine 11 days!! What to do....

I started adding oatmeal each day, it got me back on track. I feel better handling it naturally than taking fiber pills or laxatives

11 days? WOW!
i agree, miralax. put it in anything cold or hot...no taste and it works with no cramping.

Oh gosh, 11 days - hope you get some relief soon! I eat oatmeal most mornings and I've not had a problem yet. Also once every few days, I sprinkle some benefiber in some applesauce or something and eat that - it must work since I've been "regular" so far lol. Good luck!

Milk of Magnesia to get the immediate problem fixed and then daily Miralax. My doctor also says Miralax is fine for daily use.
I had this happen not long after surgery. With RNYers like me, the calcium can really do a number on us.

I have that problem too, but never for that long. I take benefiber daily when I can remember and always take a magnesium supplement (at least 2 per day) with my calcium because it really stops me up - not perfect but I am better. Good luck.
