F I N A L L Y !!!

It seems like one moment I have been waiting for, this whole journey, is to see the 220s on the scale again. I remember graduating from high school weighing around 218 and then I graduated from college in the 230s. I don't remember ever seeing the 220s! I just kind of flew right through them while I was away at school.

This morning I saw 229.0. PRAISE THE LORD!

My running is finally paying off.

Come to think of it, I don't remember being in the 220s either. Or 230s. Or 240s. I do, however, remember 250 through 299. So glad I'm back in the 260s.

Wow! That's awesome!
Hi! I totally understand! I have a personal weight loss blog too and I also contribute to an online magazine. I needed a new goal to keep myself motivated so I started "100 Days to Better Health." We start tomorrow and end on 10-10-10! Check it out! Would love to know what you think and if you would like to join in! We all need encouragement!

Sincerely,
Charli

Sometimes our bodies are able to do amazing transformations! You just have to make regular actions directed for that and never stop on your way. For me physical activity works best. In order to recover properly after my workouts I am taking Second Wind by Military Grade. This is new vegetarian post-workout supplement which increases muscles longevity. It helps muscles to recover quickly and reduces the soreness. My body is grateful and willing to exercise whenever I ask it to :)
