I Just Got My Arse Kicked

I decided to go for a bike ride tonight and throw in some fresh air with my exercise. I learned that exercising on the elliptical everyday is NOT the best workout. The bike ride totally WHOOPED my ARSE, big time.

I can barely move!

I agree bike riding is a great workout, I enjoy riding much better outside in the fresh air. I dislike stationary bikes. I cannot ride very far though ;)

LOL!! I've so been there! It's not because you're not getting a good workout on the elliptical though. Bicycling is using some different muscles that you aren't normally using.

If you think that was bad, try RUNNING. Gack!

Out of all the exercise I do, I find bike-riding outdoors the hardest, but the funnest (made up word, I know)!
